Ian Parry, CEO
I am Ian, I’m the founder and CEO of Future Leaders. I am our ideas engine - passionate about helping people with the real leadership challenges they have, today and in the future.
My zone of genius is being able to simplify complex things and come up with creative ways to help people.
Back in 2018 Future Leaders was founded with the mission to help people fast track their development. We still care passionately about that today.
I live a normal life of school runs, family holidays, swimming lessons (for the kids, not me) and enjoying what I have.
Sarah Morgan, Partner & COO
I'm Sarah, the COO at Future Leaders. I'm here to ensure things run smoothly.
My zone of genius is being able to see everyones point of view and I'm great in a crisis!
I care about what we do at Future Leaders because I had very few good role models or mentors in my working life until I was already at Director level - I want to do better for others and enable more to do the same.
1 thing you may not know about me, I'm a PADI dive instructor.
Gavin Morden, Partner & Chief Mentor
I'm Gavin, the Chief Mentor at Future Leaders. My job is to ensure we provide the best mentoring possible to our growing community.
My zone of genius is my passion and enthusiam, I love harnessing them to get things done!
I care about what we do at Future Leaders because we have an opportunity to create a legacy, where today's Mentees, become tomorrow's Mentors.
A fun fact you may not know about me - I've got a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
Lea Carvell, Chair of the Board
I'm Lea, the Chair of the Future Leaders Board.
Getting things done properly is what people would probably say is my zone of genius.
Future Leaders for me is the chance to make future generations' journey through their careers more enjoyable and, for them to feel supported and guided in whatever route they take.
Fun fact about me is I'm an Art enthusiast, particularly the Secession movement!
Marcia Weekes-Spears, NED
I’m Marcia and am a mentor and non-exec director for Future Leaders.
I can always find the good in people and help them discover their super power.
I have been passionate about mentoring for a large part of my career, I believe in supporting others to grow and achieve.
A fun fact about me, I have taken up cold water swimming and absolutely love it! The coldest temperature I have swam in was 7 degrees.
Sheetal Mistry, NED
I'm Sheetal, I'm a Non-Executive Director for Future Leaders Mentoring and I've been working with the organisation since March 2022.
I'd say my zone of genius is understanding community, connection, and creativity when it comes to making a difference.
I've worked in social impact roles for a long time, and for me it's super important that there are opportunities for people to learn, share, and grow from one another - which is why Future Leaders is so important to me.
Outside of work I'm currently attempting to learn how to kickbox!
Darcy Dewse, NED
I am Darcy, Non-Executive Director for Future Leaders.
My zone of genius is building relationships with people and encouraging creativity.
I care about Future Leaders because I strongly believe that mentorship unlocks not only the power of personal growth, but through this an opportunity to learn through the experiences of others. I am here to ensure that our guidance is accessible for all.
A fun fact about myself is that I love to travel the world and aim to visit a new country every year!
Harry Bland, NED
I’m Harry, one of the new Non-Executive Directors on the Future Leaders Board.
My zone of genius is communicating complex ideas in an effective fashion.
For me, Future Leaders is a chance to represent young people across industries, to be a key driver of others’ career and overall life goals.
Fun fact – despite liking to think I’m quite into food and more adventurous cuisine, my favourite food is definitely still pizza…
Mary Cope, NED
I’m Mary, widely experienced in organisation culture, leadership, talent and skills.
Future Leaders offers an opportunity to widen access to mentoring with its power to enable individuals, at any career stage, to realise their full potential and enjoyment at work – and so access the many benefits which derive from that.
Fun fact about me is that, whatever the weather, a good long walk in nature is a great way to relax.
